The Freeze Your Buns Off 5k is quickly becoming an unofficial fitness tradition. You will not want to miss the excitement and camaraderie of this 3rd annual family fun run and Colorado Healthy Living Expo to help keep you motivated in your New Year fitness goals.
Whether you are six or sixty, prefer to run, jog, race or walk this course is great for all abilities. The healthy living Expo is indoors and the race start and finishes at The Douglas County Events Center in Castle Rock Colorado.
